With over 30 years of experience in the federal workforce,
Cathy Bonser brings a wealth of understanding about how
to work with complex systems and bureaucracies.  Her work
as Budget Officer of Redwood National and State Parks, and
as technical consultant and auditor to Federal agencies,
demonstrates her experience in planning and
implementation of complex projects from concept to
completion.  She is very educated in the facilitated team
process and has proven success working with staff,
volunteers, and boards of directors.  Her
mission-consciousness, database research experience,
creative writing and editing skills and perspective as a
former small-business owner are used effectively to
accomplish client goals.

Cathy's resume is here.
